From the day you send through your details, photos and the services you want listed, it's about a week until the site is live. You see a draft before it goes anywhere and we make your changes first. In practice the slow part is usually waiting on content from your end rather than the build itself, so if you have your logo and a few photos ready, it moves faster.

Fair Questions
How long does it take?
About a week from when you send us your details, photos and the list of services you want on there. You'll see it before it goes live. If your content is ready to go, it can be quicker than that.
Do I need a domain?
Not already, no. If you've got one we'll point it at the new site. If you haven't, we'll walk you through registering one. You pay the registrar directly and it's registered in your name, not ours, so it stays yours no matter what happens between us.
Can I get changes later?
Yes. Small things, a new number, an extra service, changed hours, just tell us and we'll do it. If you later want something bigger, like extra pages or a booking system, we'll price it up and tell you before we touch anything.
Who owns it?
You do, completely. The site, the content and the domain are yours. There's no licence, nothing to keep paying to stay online, and if you ever want to move it to another provider you can take it with you.
What if I already have a website?
Tell us what you've got and we'll give you a straight answer about whether replacing it is worth $699 to you. Sometimes it isn't. If what you have is working and just needs a tidy-up, we'll say so rather than sell you a new one. If it's slow, hard to use on a phone, or you can't get changes made without paying someone every time, that's usually when it's worth starting again.
