The legal agreement between you and Tusk Digital. Clear, plain English — no surprises.
By engaging Tusk Digital Ltd ("Tusk Digital", "we", "us") for any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern all services provided by Tusk Digital including Google Ads management, website development, and digital marketing services.

The specific scope of services is defined in a separate service agreement or proposal for each client.
Tusk Digital uses the Google Ads API as an authorised technology partner. By authorising access to your Google Ads account, you retain full ownership of your account and data at all times.
Service fees are as agreed in the client service agreement. Advertising spend is charged directly to the client's payment method by Google — separate from Tusk Digital's management fees. Tusk Digital reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information shared during the engagement. Tusk Digital will not disclose client campaign strategies, performance data or business information to third parties without express consent.
Upon full payment, clients own all custom creative assets produced by Tusk Digital. Tusk Digital retains ownership of any proprietary tools, templates or processes used to deliver services.
Tusk Digital provides services on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee specific advertising results, rankings or conversion rates. Our liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant service period. We are not liable for actions taken by Google or other third-party platforms.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, Tusk Digital will return all account access and provide a final performance report.
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved under New Zealand jurisdiction.
